Return Policy

At GEEYAA.ca, we strive to ensure the highest quality in the products we deliver. Our return policy is structured around the policies provided by our suppliers, and includes the following terms:

All Product ordered, with Geeyaa Logo's and/or other Geeyaa create items, go in production once the order is placed. When the product goes in production, the order cannot be canceled.

Defective or Damaged Products

  • Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Please contact our customer service with details of the issue and to obtain a return authorization.

Lost Packages

  • Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will handle these claims on your behalf with the supplier.

Return Process​

  • The return address is set by default to our supplier's facility. Once a returned shipment is received, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.

Wrong Address

  • If an insufficient address is provided by you, resulting in a return, you will be liable for the cost of reshipment once an updated address has been confirmed.

Unclaimed Shipments

  • Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility, and you will be liable for the cost of reshipment.

Non-returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns of sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, such as face masks. Any returned orders will be disposed of.

This Policy is governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose.
